request your dateIn order to check availability for your big day please fill out the enquiry form in the "contact us" page on the website or send me an email. If your date is available I'll send over a contract and deposit info, a $200 deposit is due upfront with the remainder due on flower drop off day. I advise booking at least 2-3 months in advance to secure your spot, earlier if your wedding is the busy summer months as they tend to book out quicker. If your wedding has passed and you've just discovered floral preservation, don't fret! Still pop through an enquiry and I will try to accommodate if possible. Please note there is a $75 fee for post event bookings.

receiving flowersSo that I can preserve your flowers while they're looking their best I ask that I receive them within 24-48 hours of your event date, where possible. The balance of your invoice is due 4 weeks after your reservation date.
drying your bloomsOnce I have received your blooms, your bouquet is taken apart and processed into the drying sand. This drying technique allows your blooms to retain most of their shape and colour, note that some colour shifting is normal. They'll stay tucked away for a few months to ensure all moisture is removed from every flower. Its very important your flowers are 100% dry before casting them in resin.
designing your orderOnce your blooms have been safely removed from the drying sand, they are super fragile so extra care is taken to ensure they aren't damaged. I then carefully arrange your blooms into a beautiful design layout for you to review. Due to the fragility of the flowers, only 1 design is created and no redesigns are offered. If you would like to make any changes to the design, these will be noted down and actioned at the resin casting stage. I provide a design layout for bloom blocks & tables only. Charcuterie boards/trays or add on items will not receive a design layout.
resin pour stagePouring resin is a slow a meticulous process, Each piece is poured in 1cm layers of resin and only 1 layer is poured each day. (Weather permitting). This ensures your flowers are burnt or damaged in the process and prevents excessive bubbles. This is the stage that will reveal any bruising on your blooms which will show as clear or translucent spots. These are completely out of my control and not something i can prevent or predict, bruising occurs from handling the flowers while they were alive.
Finishing your piecesOnce your piece is fully cured, it will be popped out of the mould then sanded and polished, ready to be photographed. Once i snap some photos of your beautiful finished order, i will package it up and contact you to arrange pick up. We can arrange postage for an additional cost. For any additional questions please reach out of refer to the terms and conditions
